"I have tried the FRENCH DIP and fries at this restaurant before, and it was just as perfect as a classic French dip can be. The roast beef was excellent, the bread nicely toasted, the au jus savory, and the horseradish creamy with a hint of spice. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned. However, with delivery, the packaging collected a lot of moisture, causing the fries and bread to arrive soggy. I had to air fry the fries to re-crisp them. I believe using vented packaging would greatly reduce the sogginess."
