"We went to grab a. Grilled cheese right after a bar nearby. Our plan was to grab a grilled cheese and move on to the next bar. It took them an hour+ to get grilled cheeses for our party. They served multiple parties who ordered after us before they served us. A grilled cheese takes literally 5 minutes to make, there is no reason to wait 30+ minutes on some orders when there were no other orders coming out. I do not recommend their service. It is terrible unless you decide to tip them tremendously to begin with. In my opinion I am not tipping you unless you give me good service and they failed to do that. There is no reason to up unless the person deserves it and I am a very good tipper typically but this service was terrible and they did not deserve a tip."
