"Everything was nice for a local date night . Live DJ on a Saturday night, drink were well made and the food was good. The ambiance was holiday theme and gave a cozy log cabin vibe. The staff took a bit long to get our order, weren’t much of a crowd so I’m not sure why? Overall staff were friendly but once the food came it was all good.I’d go again"

"Went there on a holiday and...server clearly did not want to be there. OK, that happens. Food comes out and fries are lukewarm and hard probably reheated from an old frier basket. So we ask for more. While we wait we move to the entree, which we split. It was grossly, and visibly, undercooked. And since the entree was split, the sandwich was cut in half in the kitchen so not really sure how that error was not caught before service. My wife took an unsuspecting bite and had to spit out her food, it was that bad."

"Our server, C, seemed completely clueless, especially about the menu. We had to point things out. That was our main issue. The two that ordered breakfast items were much happier than those who didn't. Also my mother ordered avocado on her sandwich, for an extra charge, and didn't get it. It was much less busy than on our previous visits."

"I would absolutely recommend the Mason Jar. They have a very nice variety of excellent food. I had the Parmesan risotto and grilled Brussels sprouts and both were excellent. We also split the creme brulee which was nice and creamy with a wonderful sugar crusted top. Fabulous meal!"

"A confirmed booking at Petit Marlowe. Has been stopped on time and said there is a private event to cancel my booking. You said OpenTable shouldn't have made reservations. Petit Marlowe claims that everyone called to inform them, but I did not receive any calls (in fact I asked a text to confirm my booking what I did). The restaurant staff said we could go to Marlow, so I asked if a table is confirmed for us and if so, at what time. He reluctantly agreed to call Marlowe, then he told me to stand outside while he called her. Are you outside? Really? Treat as rude as this mess was on them and OpenTable!"

"We arrived at 9:15 pm after the Circle Line cruise. I mentioned the time we arrived because it was 45 minutes before closing. We were greeted with huge smiles and immediately made to feel at home. Our waiter, Fernando, was so sweet, helpful, and attentive. Now for the food.... OMG! We ordered Nachos with Chicken, and it was fresh, perfectly distributed ingredients, and the sauce they drizzled it with was delicious. Oh, and it's more than enough for four people. I ordered the Empress Burger. The meat (was so juicy and cooked perfectly), cheese, mango salsa, and whatever else was in it, made for the PERFECT burger. My husband raved about his chicken sandwich. So, when visiting NY, make sure you dine at Kings of Kobe. We'll be back!"

"I ordered the Ringer Vogel cocktail ($9), but I cannot recommend it; it was overly sweet and tasted similar to floral perfume. My friend opted for a beer. We tried a few appetizers: the elotes frit and fried pickles. The frit was delicious, but the pickles were sweet, greasy, and heavy in our opinion. We shared the recommended garnelen tacos and a burger that was mediocre at best. The only reason we would return to the hub is for the outdoor terrace and a cold beer."

"I came here to treat myself, becausea friend recommended. I got attended by the front desk girl who looks like she was having a bad day or something personal. I got seated then the waitress check with me ask me if was something to drink when she was serving me water, I told her I'm ok but looks like she didn't like my response for not ordering coffee or something.Then I ordered my food and I got it too fast (like in 5 minutes) to my liking.The meal was ok. Felt kinda bland even with the seasoning and spices. I was expecting a little kick of spicy but nope.Then when I was done with my meal, the waitress just picked up the plate and bring the check.To my surprise, she didn't try to interact with me, while the other tables she was very friendly, and even asked them if they want a pastry after they're done with their meals, never got asked at all and I was thinking getting myself a pastry. My mind was blown away pretty much I felt she didn't want me to be there.This a place that gets very crowded during the weekend. When I left, I saw a lot of people waiting to be seated.I won't come back and tell my friends about my experience. I won't bring them here after the service I got."

"I had heard of pure and wanted to visit, but never had a reason to drive from the other side of the city until I saw a groupon for Sunday brunch, so we thought we would try. we were greeted by a surly woman who asked how many in our party. I advised 2 and said we had an OpenTable booking so that she could let us check. she answered with a deriving shrug, as if to say why do they tell me? I'm sorry, I'm just trying to do the right thing. She then said to sit somewhere instead of bringing us to a reserved table. Unfortunately there was nowhere to escape the annoying loud music. who wants to be attacked with pop music for a casual brunch? I don't even understand the need for a dj; it was just a series of songs replicated by Pandora or spotify. the groupon was for two escapes, and we chose what we wanted. one of our choices was an omelette, although it was the cheapest escape and would not maximize the groupon, that was our choice. then we waited about 5 minutes for each server. I thought we forgot because we don't have a service at all. Finally, a server arrives and I said we had the groupon. they pointed out what we could get; the problem is that they do not mention omelettes. we have mentioned that we had planned on it when she said, no, the groupon won't cover that (even if it was the least expensive option! . we have ordered something else. the food came and was just okay. at the end of the meal I was looking for the toilet room. she saw a woman's room, but no one for men so asked a server that was on one who was gender-neutral. there were 2 stands without a full separation between them! there was a sign that it was to make the mozen more comfortable, like single mothers. so, if I am the same time as a single mother, is that more convenient? sounds like a policy that is more driven by chip-on-shoulder policy as simple logic and healthy human understanding. I'm not back."
