"No option to add toasted/butter/cream cheese etc to individual bagels. Called the store 14 times to get the order correct. Had to remove several items because the store was not able to add charges to the account and would not send my food without price adjustment. The woman at the cafe on the phone was not comprehending the conversation. Ultimately for them to give the driver my food, I had to remove 2 bagels from the order to compensate for the price adjustment, which BTW is entirely out of my control. That is a restaurant and Door Dash issue, not mine. I should be sent the food I paid for. Would not recommend or order here again."
