"I often came to this place and you wouldn't find a quiet and warm environment in any café in the area. Starbucks is a noise machine and of course less polite. Here you will find a very personalized and friendly service. Kudos to the people who work here. I found out it's a small family environment. I'm shocked to see the last two 1-star reviews of this place. My experiences were very contradictory. Good job!"
