"Of course, the food is great. But the service! Not only menu service, but cleanliness. Exceptional! I know it's not the most glamorous job cleaning after someone eat BBQ, but the staff seems to make a better than ordinary effort to make sure that host sessions really go completely clean and ready for the next person. Maybe. I'm old, maybe you do this every day. But a clean table for everyone was once a lost art. But Jethro is now excellent. I appreciate the cleanliness of your restaurant as much as the ingenious food. Good."
