"The sky does not shame his reputation as being Long Beach's best restaurant. The atmosphere is brilliant and let yourself back to the 20s. A conversation easy, plus amazing food. The location is exclusive on the top floors of the building with a magnificent view of the sea. Concrete on exclusive, as the rest of the high-rise is empty. The baby beet salad has a well-rounded taste of red and golden beet and goat cheese. As the main course I chose the truffle Parmesan Ravioli with creamy pesto sauce. Delicious taste with a slight note of truffles, although the sauce was not so creamy in its consistency. The fig tea has a delicious almond marzipan taste apart from the figs. The chocolate cake for dessert is a well rounded surface. It has a rich chocolaty taste and I would recommend it if you have a light main course as in my case the pasta, otherwise you probably need to ask for a doggy bag. The staff is polite, courteous and knew each other with a little conversation. You will really feel like a prioritized guest."
