Parking: Parking is downtown Youngstown, so you may get a spot on the street or have to park further down so it could be a bit of a walk. Kid-friendliness: At Christmas time when they deem it “Miracle on Federal” it’s a fabulous place to take the kids as you can see in my pictures.
