"Awful customer service. But this is just my personal experience over multiple visits. We've lived in the neighborhood for 27 years my husband has been a customer of theirs for almost a decade and more recently we have been craving bagels which leads to us frequenting here weekly for about a month (maybe two . Unfortunately they aren't the kindest people, and even after being wildly patient with them they overcharge and argue. This overcharge was egregious and not worth the fight they want to put up.
