"Three of us went on a Wednesday night at 5:00. Two of us ordered their famous Aruba Rib, both medium. It was ice cold, out of the refrigerator, not even warmed through! We sent it back, and when we did get our meals again, it was almost 10 minutes later and yes while now hot it was WELL DONE. Clearly the “chef” had put it in the microwave to reheat it. The waitress admitted that the prime rib had been cooked on the previous Sunday and they were serving it to us three days later. Gross! It wasn’t edible. She comped us only one of the meals and offered us a free dessert. My son ordered a brownie sundae and as he was eating it he found a large piece of plastic wrap in his ice cream! The whole meal should have been comped but it wasn’t. We paid for two disgusting meals. My husband had ordered family style chicken which was very dry and the oven roasted potatoes were old and full of grease. We will never go there again and will discourage others from going."
