"I called in my curbside order ahead of time. Called when I arrived. Waited 25 minutes no one brought out my food or came to get my payment. I called in my order because I was sweaty after a run didn't want to have to go in. The manager couldn't care less. My food was cold gross. This location has continued not to impress me. "I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready due to computer problems, but it wasn't their fault. The host kept me informed and my order was remade to ensure it was fresh. I even received gift cards for the inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was excellent despite the technological hiccups. The food was delicious; the salad had crispy lettuce and well-seasoned chicken - the best salad I've had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger as well. We will definitely be returning soon, as the hardworking team here makes great food. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!"

"I used to be a server myself and always left generous tips, but I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The server was not friendly and seemed like he didn't want to serve us. He never asked if we wanted drinks refilled, and when we finally did ask, he only brought one drink for the entire table. We had to ask multiple times for each of us to get a refill, and even then, he only brought a small basket and placed it in front of one person. It was a strange experience. Despite leaving an 18% tip, I won't be returning to this restaurant."

"We went after a terrible loss of our conference game in Green Bay. We were seated right away. My sister and I ordered oreo shakes and mine had mint in it. Then we all ordered well done burgers and two of them were seriously pink on the inside. My sister ordered sweet potato fries and received regular ones. We told our server about it and she said she entered the right thing. The manager brought my burger out after it was redone and I checked it and it was done to perfection. The manager was very understanding and took 20% off our bill and paid for my husband's as well. We have been here several times and never had a bad experience. The manager handled it so well and I am grateful. Most managers would have just remade the burger but gentleman went above and beyond what I expected."

"Food was great but there must have been a staff shortage. We arrived at 4:00 to beat the crowd. Got seated 45 minutes later and by the time we were served it was already 6:00.
