I asked for a refund, and they were able to issue it *without the tip back*.The staff person remarked, "Well, you could have waited for your order. "So I just paid for terrible service? I 'll be calling my bank to get the remainder back.Edit: Two days laterI was able to go through my bank to get a full refund. A representative of the business eventually reached out to offer apologies, a certificate and that they were looking into the situation. I felt I was able to convey my grievances about the situation to them properly.I 've updated the star rating to reflect they 've reached out and provided a resolution, but it 's still unknown if the feedback will lead to revised employee practices around how they should handle beyond-longer-than-stated-wait-times and partial refunds."
