"I work in the energy corridor and I am a sucker for a good Chicken Parmigiana, and the good people at George's nail every time. For me, the secret is to a good chicken parm, so the bread under the freshly made Marinara and Gooey, melty cheese holds some of its scratchy texture, and the chicken is perfectly made. I really have to be more three-dimensional and try something else at some point; I've seen some good-looking food coming from this kitchen, but I'm a creature of habit I guess and when I'm in there, it's chicken parm and angel hair for this guy. Oh, and another thing.... call me strange, but I personally believe that the lemon wedge that comes with your iced tea says a LOT about the restaurant where you are; They know Texans and their icey tea.... and Georges delivers tea with sensitive ice cubes and a juicy, freshly cut lemon wedge every time. Go on, George's!"
