"Since this place is close to my job I have ordered quite a bit from here. However, my last experience wasn't the best. I ordered online for my order to be ready by 4. I had an appt to get to, so I really needed to pick it up by 4:05 at the latest. I got there, and the guy says I'll be with you in a minute. He then proceeds to help the server at the bar. I'm uncertain what took place prior to my arrival. However, there was 1 person sitting at the bar. 1 person at a table, and I was at the front waiting to pick up my order. There were more people working than being served. He finally came back, and I got my food. But it wasn't as hot or good as normal. It also didn't help that their score was lower than I've even seen it. I'm going to have to take a break from here for a while. Maybe they'll get things together in a few months."
