"We were so excited to try this traditional NY style pizzeria close to home, but walked out without even getting the chance to order and try the food. After we got our drinks ordered, no one came to take our food orders for quite awhile...despite the fact that the dining area was not packed and there were plenty of employees behind the counter. While we waited, other parties started to arrive and sit down. We had to flag down an employee to explain that no one had taken our order and when a worker came out to take orders, they went to the tables that arrived after us. That's when we decided it was time to head to another pizzeria in the area where we received wonderful customer service upon sitting down."
