"Galentine’s dinner gone wrong. Horrible service, we had a reservation for 7:30 but they didn’t have a table ready for us until 8. Then had to wait 10-15 minutes for the waitress to show up. From then on it was a rollercoaster of bad experiences. We ordered our food and it took over an hour just to get the appetizers, throughout the entire time our waitress had no empathy and was not apologetic as to why our food was taking forever she just simply said your food will be a while and walked off. We finally received from service recovery from her colleague but she still repeatedly returned to our table and made us all extremely uncomfortable and tried to act like we were acting crazy for wanting our food in a timely manner. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable and awkward she made us feel when she tried to confront us or speak to us. She should have left us alone and let her very nice colleague take care of us. When we finally got our food we were all underwhelmed by the quality for the price we were paying. We ended up leaving close to 10 pm. Will not be returning."
