"I had a nice experience here. I came on a Saturday night and the place was packed on both sides (the bar on the left and restaurant on the right). The estimated wait time was 25 minutes for 2 people and that’s exactly how long we waited. The staff is busy, working non-stop but remaining attentive. Our food and drinks were served in a timely manner, which is impressive given the crowds that night. The waiters misheard my dad’s order and the fries weren’t hot enough, but both of these issues were quickly resolved after I politely brought it to the staff’s attention. I’m not super picky with burgers so I thought my Butterfly burger hit the spot and was exactly what I was craving that night. The fries were hot, fresh and yummy. I highly recommend the truffle aioli sauce for your fries. For the price, my dad and I both agree it’s worth coming back a second time. I loved the vibe and it felt like a local neighborhood hangout. I will definitely take my friends to the Burger Loft’s bar the next time they’re in town. Go check out this place if you’re in the area!"
