"We used to go to Manhattan Deli all the time, but hadn't been there since they moved to Willoughby. It was good to see all of our favorites were still on the menu, especially the smothered chicken, and that they are still delicious. We were with friends and relatives from Georgia and Texas who were looking for good Deli food and they weren't disappointed."

"Very noisy. Service was slow but it was very busy. Had a reservation for the dining room but when we arrived we were directed to the bar area where a band was setting up. We asked to be moved into the dining room and were accommodated but our table was not in the best location for conversation. Was disappointed that a 2 week ahead reservation we were not seated in a good area."

"I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, but the food was awful. We had dinner there last year and everything was fantastic - the food, the service, everything. However, this time the food was terrible. We won't be returning to this restaurant again. Instead, we'll give the one by the Grand Parkway a try and hopefully have a better experience."

"The hostess didn't check OpenTable from the moment we made our reservation until we arrived 30 minutes later. She seemed surprised when we showed up, expecting a table at our reserved time. She mentioned some nonsense about how OpenTable doesn’t guarantee a reservation. We explained that the purpose of OpenTable is to secure a reservation in real time without needing to call the restaurant, and that it shouldn't show available times if those reservations aren't actually honored. The manager also didn’t seem to have much common sense. Their Yelp page claims they are "good for kids," but we got the impression that they didn't want us there with our children. We noticed several open tables that they could have used to accommodate us, but they clearly chose not to. We decided to leave and try another restaurant. I will never return to this place, with or without my kids."

"30min wait for a table which was not bad for a busy day. The space was a tad crowded. Our waitress was nice but everything took a very long time, taking the orders and bringing the food and drinks. The food is very good. My husband realized his glass was cracked all the way down and he Informed the waitress and normally at a good restaurant the entire drink would be exchanged, here the drink was transferred, so watered downed and maneuvered which was not expected of a good restaurant, expected better service and protocols for that scenario."

"This was our first time eating at Centro and we loved it. I started off with a meeting and happy hour apps. Then I joined another party for dinner. We enjoyed the half-priced pizzas and a giant salad. The pizzas and salad were so fresh and delicious. We can't wait to come back and try the pastas ."
