"I was charged $19 for soup and a handful of fries. The soup clearly say $5.50 on the menu for the larger size. I didn’t see a price for an order of fries but figured everything together would be around $12-$13. When I called to ask what happened after my partner came home with the food they told me they charged me about $12 for the soup alone. I questioned why I wasn’t charged what was on the menu and was told that they only serve soup for that price when you eat in the restaurant. This was not specified on the menu whatsoever, nor was it mentioned to me when I called to order. I was begrudgingly told I could return for a $5 refund but I don’t feel like dragging myself out of bed with the stomach bug. I’ve always gone here because it is convenient but after this experience and the multiple times I’ve found hair in my food (at least 3) I will not be returning."

"Food is spot on. Place gets very busy at times and area is difficult to find parking. Though should not be a reason not to try the food. As for the smoothies they are so flavorful! The sliders are nice change with sweet potato fries if want to feel you are indulging but without the guilt."

"I absolutely loved my bagel from this bagel shop. I was fortunate to get an everything bagel one minute after it finished cooking, which meant it was hot and extra delicious! There were a number of tofu cream cheese options available, vegetable and scallion are my go-to. One item to note, is the cream cheese tastes different and more delicious at this bagel shop than others I have been to in New York. I personally think this is a better bagel option in NYC given the bagel flavor/texture and delicious cream cheese options. I almost skipped it because of the lower rating due to someone giving BB a 2* rating, but so glad I went anyway. It was the best bagel of this trip. "If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, and the fries were soggy. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks tasted more like tomato soup than anything else. The homemade honey mustard sauce was odd and quite unappetizing."

"I went to eat at the Nature's grill Smith st location today. Luckily for me after I ordered my food I stayed and watched the cooks make my food. I was horrified and angry at lack of sanitary and overall food safety of the workers. Major cross contamination, cooks using no gloves sticking their hands into a box of raw chicken then touching utensils and other food prep. Another cook shaping a raw burger with hands no gloves. Sick stuff, were is the managers. Do yourself a favor do not eat at this place, health department please visit this location between 11am-1130. I told the cashier I wanted my money back at first she said no, then I quickly convinced her to refund my money after she witness the cross contamination. The owners need to do a better job."
