"Ive lived in Cape St. Claire since 2014 and have been going to Blue Rooster for years! I recently moved to downtown Annapolis and came back today after a 2 month Hiatus. It was a special occasion and we ordered and sat down. We waited for exactly 1 hour and 7 minutes until I got up and asked to change it to a to go order. They said our food had already been plated and that they could give us boxes. The food was very cold and they gave me some bogus steak strips (2) for my steak and eggs. Very displeased with the change. They were not busy when i asked for a to go order change. What happened?!"

"Visited Kagen for crepes and coffee on a Friday morning. We got 2 different crepes, a sweet with lemon filling and a savory with gravy and bacon in it. The sweet crepe was pretty good nothing more than that and was a VERY small portion, especially for the price. The savory crepe was a better portion size but was also nothing to write home about. The saving grace was the coffee which was on the sweeter side but was great overall. The one other thing that I did not enjoy was that there was food on most of the tables and seats and that may not be the norm but it was noticeable that it wasn't as clean as most places. All in all this was an okay experience but the price of about $30 for 2 crepes and a coffee guarantees I'll be looking elsewhere the next time I go for brunch."
