"Wow, never seen anything like this. How are they still in business? Waited over an hour at the counter to pick up our food, nonetheless, not one dish was right. The hostess said that they were very busy, yet there was only one table in the dining room that had a few people. Very confusing experience. We ordered a sirloin steak, Fajitas, one of the burgers, chicken wings and two salads. I guess they were drying out the food for that hour because the wings and the fajita chicken were dried up and looked like those were re-heated multiple times... went directly to the trash can. Instead of the ordered Sirloin, we received the flat something steak (looked like a half-portion or someone's leftovers), instead of vegetables, there were mashed potatoes instead of medium, the burger was well done. Neither of the salads had any dressing provided and on top of that, though the salad greens were nice and crisp, the tomatoes and cucumbers were frosted and tasted like mush. I don't remember TJI Fridays being so disgusting. One of the worst TJI's I have ever been to."
