Bakery, coffee shop, and full service restaurant all under one roof and separately fantastic enough to warrant their own place. And while everything was delicious, the thin pizza dough deserves special mention. Thin pizza dough is such an easy item to neglect. It is easy to hide, and expectations are low. The crust of 54 Mint thin pizzas is tasty, delicate but crunchy, fresh-baked bread. Imagine everything else in your meal, if such care is taken with a part of your meal that touches the oven and only expected to hold up the cheese."
