"I hosted a jubilee party for my parents at this restaurant, with around 30 guests attending in the afternoon. I coordinated a set menu with the manager/owner a week prior and specifically selected ribeye steak to be included, as I expected it to be a popular choice. However, when the dinner was served, all the steaks turned out to be sirloin instead of ribeye. I asked the staff if what we received was ribeye, but they confirmed it was not. My bill exceeded $500, which I worked very hard to pay for as a gift for my parents. Unfortunately, the owner refused to discuss the issue with me. I've made numerous phone calls and visited the restaurant several times to address the matter, but it seems this is just how he operates—he doesn't seem to care about his customers once he's been paid."
