"The Italian Beef was extremely disappointing. The meat was dry and lacked flavor, and they forgot the au jus. Additionally, they did not allow any modifications, so the cheese whiz ruined the entire sandwich. It definitely did not live up to the standard of Italian Beef. On the other hand, the Chicken Tender Basket was tasty. However, for the price of $12, they could have included more than just three tenders."
