"The food is excellent, the service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the value is fantastic. Needless to say, Miyo is without a doubt our favorite breakfast spot in the Castle Rock Castle Pines area. Contrary to a previous review, I would absolutely recommend Miyo as a kid friendly restaurant. We've been going here for years and our children (1 3 6 yrs old) are always asking to go to Miyo. On any given morning you will see numerous families here with kids always receiving special attention (along with animal crackers handouts from Gary if he's working). There is no better, family-friendly breakfast lunch restaurant in town."
