"Food was more like left overs from Thanksgiving. There where no food items on the buffet that justified the price of $140 per person, more like an ordinary Sunday Brunch for $30. There was no festive ambiance, Buffet decoration missed that it was supposed to be a Christmas Diner Buffet. Most decoration pieces on the buffet where left overs from previous Christmas parties and used before many times, and where wilted. Dress-code was poorly managed. The table next to us had children who had more food on the floor then on the table. Nobody made an effort to clean up. To ad automatically 22% gratuity to the bill is outrageous, considering that it is a buffet and we served the food ourself. I attended Easter Buffets, Thanksgiving Buffets, and Christmas Buffets before at the Breakers in the past 10 Years, but this year it was the worst and I,m not planing to come back to any of your Festive Events in the future."
