"The restaurant keeps expanding their menu and increasing prices, but much of it is not up to par. I have been a regular customer for 30 years, but it is disappointing to see the decline in quality. Despite this, I still enjoy a few items on the menu, even if I know I will be overcharged. When I try something new or revisit an old favorite, it is often a disappointment. For example, the $16 Italian sub I ordered had subpar ingredients like brown/grey salami. This is a clear sign of poor management. The restaurant needs to make improvements or they will not survive. I am not giving up on them yet, but I will not hesitate to share my honest feedback."
