"This is my first visit at this location. I was not greeted upon entry; however, I spoke to the guy at the register first anyway. I asked for a menu, and he pointed to the stack on the counter next to him. As I read the menu, he and the other guy at thecounter loudly talked to each other, jokingly using profanity. No one offered any suggestions, nor invited me to sit as Iwaited for my takeout. No one offered anything to drink. After I signed my credit card receipt, the 2nd guy in the cap actuallyread my receipt in front of me and scoffed at not receiving a tip. Then, they continued loud talking with each other andstanding around waiting for orders, I assume. The first guy kept checking his cell phone too. They had the plastic utensilsand crackers sitting on a table near the door, where customers grabbed their own utensils. When my meal came out, the guys atthe counter finished their personal conversation before looking into the bag to see to whom the meal belonged. Then, the firstguy motioned to me to get up and get it, as he walked back toward the register. I have never seen cashiers so nonchalant abouthanding a customer a menu, or a meal, or answering a question. He wouldn't even pick the bag up from the counter to hand it tome. Then, I look at my meal, and my side order is not an actual potato that has been baked twice, as explained; it's somemashed potatoes that was baked. I clearly explained that I wanted a baked potato and even inquired about the sour cream andbutter that the 2nd guy assured me would be on it. Well, it was not on it, nor did any condiments come with it. Even thoughthe exterior sign states dine-in for one door and take-out for the other, it's all one large restaurant. The music playing onthe take-out side was very upbeat. They also have outdoor dining. My food was just OK. My tip would be for management totrain these two gentlemen on Customer Service. Tips are voluntary and based upon the quality of the service"
