"As it has been for many years, Public Landing is my favorite restaurant. Our server was wonderful, drinks were perfect, the appetizer was delicious...but, our steaks were not up to par. We ordered a charred NY Strip steak, and it was full of gristle and very difficult to cut through, even with a steak knife! Once we got through the tough, outer part of the steak, the meat was fine. I expected better and was disappointed. My friend and I paid $40/each for the steak. Dessert was wonderful. We shared the caramel glazed bread pudding, and it was a winner. I'm not going to stop dining at P.L. but they should know about the poor quality of this particular steak."
