"On Saturday, August 13th, my experience at the restaurant was not the best. When we arrived, we were not greeted right away and were informed that a large table had just arrived. Despite being in a hurry, we decided to stay assuming they were short-staffed. We placed our order around 6:12 pm but did not receive our drinks until 6:50 pm. I had to go to the bar to inquire about them. Our food arrived about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, a diner who had ordered before us waited so long that she eventually cancelled her order and left. I believe the person who took her order was on their way out because they called her name. The server with a green cutoff shirt, ponytail, and split dyed hair was the most friendly and apologized for the delay. We were also surprised that we had to order at the counter. Despite the delays and ordering process, the food was actually quite good."
