"On Memorial Day, I had some of the best bbq I have experienced in recent years. The kind of bbq that you have to close your eyes while eating because you’re being transported to bbq heaven. Beef brisket from the Gods and ribs so tender and smokey flavored that your eyes tear up just a little. Yea that good. The bbq was from a local food truck called “Kutz Q BBQ”.Midweek I found myself craving another dose of that deliciousness. To my dismay, I couldn’t track down Kutz Q BBQ. So the search began for something comparable to quench my craving. After a thorough google search, I ended up at “Local Smoke BBQ” in Neptune. Sadly, I was not transported back to bbq heaven. The brisket was very pot roast-like and bland. The ribs were extremely dry and tough. There was just no comparison. For a great bbq experience run don’t walk to @kutzq_bbq.Period."
