"I have placed an online order via Toppers website with delivery of Toppers at 8:01PM. I received a text saying that my order is delivered at 21:02. At 9:03 I still did not receive my order, so I checked the tracking and it said my order was delivered at 8:36PM. I'll call the place I ordered, and it was said that they don't have any delivery drivers to hand my order to the door. So they took my money and ran and I got nothing. I talked to the manager who offered me a new order, but it was too late at this point, so I asked for a refund. He took my phone number and told me he would check with the owner and return to me in ten minutes. Well, that never happened so that they took my money and I didn't get any of their disregard or ignorance? I guess my next step is a call to Toppers companies to file a formal complaint. I enjoy toppers, but this brings me an end to running any future business with any topper facilities! I would like to add a photo, but I have never received my order even photograph"
