"The entire culinary experience was extremely underwhelming. When we sat at our table, we waited 15 minutes for water. Our waiter was very nice, but inattentive. Uncertain if he also underoccupies additional tables or if restaurant. However, we ordered the Seafood Fried Rice, New Zealand Lamb Chops, Teriyaki Glazed Lachs, and the New York Strip. For our pages we ordered the grilled asparagus, Collard Greens, Macaroni and Cheese, Brussel Sprouts and the Spicy Broccolini. First the Seafood Fried Rice was dry and little taste. The Lamb Chops and New York Strip were both boiled (instead of medium, both were well-done). Mac and cheese were dry. The Collard Greens lack of taste. The other sides and the salmon were a hit. The restaurant Ambiente is beautiful, but you really pay only for the name. The food quality is definitely not worth a 4 star rating. Therefore the reason for the 1 star rating."
