"My husband and I have been going to Murphy 's in Fishers on a pretty regular basis for almost 10 years. The staff was always friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was exceptionally good for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we noticed a year or so ago that the food quality was starting to decline, but we felt it was still a good value and the fun, attentive staff made up for it. Until last Friday. The hostess was, by far, the rudest restaurant employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was obviously flustered (okay, totally understandable it was Friday at 7 p.m. , but there 's no reason to take it out on customers with eye rolls, heavy sighs, and constant shuffling of menus to avoid eye contact...all while more and more customers are coming in the door, not being seated even though there were tables available. I particularly enjoyed it when the manager came up to help...and the hostess decided to argue with him in front of customers. We won 't be returning to Murphy 's any time soon. I truly hope they turn things back around, because I miss the old Murphy 's!"
