"The food is excellent. Best beef ribs in Marin. Only complaint? I wanted to leave a $5 tip until I noticed that they charged a service charge which is about $1.50. I asked why. They told me that it was because a lot of people don't leave tips, so this would be a mandatory tip. I explained that I would leave $5 but I would not pay both a tip and a service charge. So they insisted on charging me a service charge. So in the future I will not leave a tip and instead I will pay their mandatory service charge."
