"Worst service and food we've ever had in a fine dining restaurant. We were shown to a table by the host who was unbelievably unprofessional yelling across the restaurant to a waitress. The service was extremely slow and inattentive one of our party ordered coffee and only got offered a first refill as we were leaving. Another ordered a glass of wine, and when it came, the wine was full of soap suds. Our food was equally bad every dish was terrible (and cold) yet no one seemed to care that we sent all of the plates back barely touched. This used to be a great dining establishment always pricey, but worth it. No longer this restaurant is now a disgrace. We paid over 100 for 4 inedible dinners to celebrate a birthday. Never again!"

"My first time in Mancino was 09/27/12. I went with a friend who had made me talk. The food was great. Service SUCKED! We waited for our food for an hour [it was kind of busy] and the house past I began to notice that all who came after us were already served. I went back to the counter and the lady said they lost the ticket!! Not only did they lose ours, they lost a table behind us and that next to us 't get all their order and they were told it would be another 15 minutes before their other pizza would be ready. They offered us bread sticks to open up for the lost tickets, I had enough food. It's led by high school kids that's the problem. I will eat there again and hope for a better service if not I will not go back."

"I didn't catch her name that took my order AND DELIVERED it personally (probably on her way home). What an awesome lady, and I'm so grateful to her for bringing me my dinner. I'm a truck driver, and I was out of driving time and stuck at Gallops truck stop. Thank you again for bringing me my dinner! I'm sure that this pizza will be awesome, but cold now because of my review here. ?"
