"We had reservations to meet our friends for dinner. We were seated in the bar. We questioned why we were not seated in the dining room and were told there was a private party in the dining room. The bar was extremely noisy and we would not be able to talk above the noise. So we left. Would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. Think Rafels should have called us to tell us the dining room was booked"

"This is my new favorite place. They are absolutely crushing it. Amazing baked goods, espresso drinks, breakfast and other meals. Also, their service is amazing--super friendly and actively helpful. Yesterday we were there to grab lunch and donate some toys to a bin that the fire department put there. The bin was picked up earlier than advertised so the restaurant staff took our donation and drove it to the fire department for us. Honestly I havent had such good service since before the pandemic."

"This is a busy place on a Sunday. We waited for a table but it was worth it! My husband and I split a plate of their special bacon. So good! The best bacon I’ve had! Those of you who are bacon lovers realize they put maple syrup on the strips. Pancakes are something we wouldn’t order again although the lemon curd/ricotta cheese on the top was very good. The Eggs Benedict and Hollandaise sauce were excellent. We liked the variety of healthy alternatives on the menu. We will come back"

"Lots of good food and fixings, big portions and my whole group was happy. Ages seventy to one and all were satisfied. We all had something different and all was good.
