"Obviously the cookies are AMAZING (double chocolate chunk, I'm looking at you ! Seeing the tall cooler filled with bottles of cold milk made perfect sense and was quite tempting to go with the fresh, warm cookies, but not for $3.25. On 7/19/20, the store was allowing only 5 patrons at a time inside. Service was not very friendly or cheerful (maybe they were tired from working 2 jobs or something.... ."

"My first time trying the chocolate chip vegan and they were so delicious. And the regular chocolate chip cookies were also so delicious. I would recommend. My cousin in Tampa has tried cookies up there and said the same. Everyone go run a pick up a box dont feel like going out call DoorDash just make sure you get some good old homemade cookies."

"It’s a great place if you’re in the mood for freshly baked cookies unlike the store bought. They’re warm and soft, ready to go but they do run out at times. My favorites are chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle, and mint chocolate! They have their seasonal red velvet which is a must! I recommend getting a 6 pack rather than the mini pack for a better deal. Every encounter is a pleasant one, they’re always kind upon greeting. Most recently, they were redecorating so there was no sign of what kind of cookies they had available and their prices. They were happy to inform me more than once what was on the menu because of my forgetfulness. I recommend coming here if you’re in need for a quick freshly baked snack."

"Went to the new opening in Toronto, Canada located at York University! Got two cookies: the Confetti and Oatmeal Chooclate Walnut! So good and chewy. They warm it up for you as well. Many flavours and variety to choose from. Just a bit pricy for deluxe cookies and add ones (ice cream scoops and brownies). Love it so much!"

"Great place to go if you have a sweet tooth because they stay open late. I like how they keep the cookies in a warmer so they are warm when you get them. It is a really small store but they offer cookies ???? brownies, ice cream ???? and a cooler with milk.they do have some vegan options, and gluten-free options. The worker didn?t seem very happy to be working like she would rather be anywhere else. She did answer a question I had but she didn?t seem happy"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS. Don 't expect what you actually ordered to be delivered. And don 't expect them to make it right for you. I never actually received the FULL quart of ice cream that I wanted after I was delivered four sad scoops of ice cream in the bottom of a quart sized container. They merely refunded me after a whole lot of back and forth and snippy attitude from the employee, who refused to let me speak with a manager and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I emailed the third party customer service and they sent me a link for three free cookies for my frustration. However, the fine print requires a minimum online order of $6 and has to be delivered, so plus taxes, delivery charge and tip would be another $10 order for my free cookies ... but what they don 't understand is that I 'M NEVER ORDERING FROM INSOMNIA EVER AGAIN. I 've heard Campus Cookies is better. I 'll be giving them a try."

"I’m giving 5 stars because even with all the confusion with them being out of milk and forgetting to refund then I call and they refund it then later on I lost contact with the Uber driver because he completed the order then took my food since he couldn’t follow instructions on how to get to my house. Had I known they used Uber eats I wouldn’t have ordered I’ve never had a good experience with Uber eats. BUT in the midst of all this the insomnia cookies staff was so helpful and nice I really felt like my order and my experience mattered to them! Got fully refunded and everything worked out perfectly keep up the great work insomnia cookies!"

"Best cookies ever! I got the vegan 6 pack of birthday, chocolate chunk and double chocolate (2 of each). It was 12.95 for the 6 pack, making it a treat yo self kind of splurge, but honestly it is totally worth it!! They are warm, gooey and delicious!!! "I had never been to an Insomnia Cookies as a customer before, but I went one day while I was delivering for Uber Eats to pick up an order. As I was walking back to my car with the order, another order showed up so I turned around and went back to get the other one. When I walked back in, the girl who was working chuckled and asked if I was there for the other one too (many others instead might have been annoyed) and then proceeded to ask if I wanted a cookie for my wait. I was pleasantly surprised! I told her which one sounded good and she handed it to me. Mind you, the wait never takes long since they're already made (giving me the free cookie took probably just as long as packaging the second order). When I got back to my car, I went to grab the cookie and there were two! I hope she sees this, it made my whole day! I'll definitely be going back as a customer! I recommend the mint chocolate chip cookie!"

"I only got 1. I ordered 12 for love week . It 's a thing my husband and I do. They came very quickly and I live in another city. I had to pay a little extra for that, but hey, you only live once. He is truly a cookie monster! He ate 11 cookies, they didn 't stand a chance. He is currently laying across the bed I assume in sheer bliss or possibly a sugar coma. Either way, he enjoyed every last bite of these cookies!!!"

"Was excited to try this place but ended up super disappointed. The quality of cookies is far below what you would expect for the price how expensive these are. The classic cookies were thinned out and the deluxe cookies were mushy undercooked falling apart. The only decent cookie in our box was the strawberry cheesecake one, which reminded me of the raspberry cheesecake cookies from Subway (which are much cheaper but delicious). Crumbl cookies are wayyy better quality. The store also replaced our cookie choices with duplicates instead of asking for replacement choices."
