"It 's a word that gets thrown around too much these days, but I can truly describe the coffee here as 'artisan. ' The menu is a bit different than what you 're used to seeing at a Starbucks, but that 's because they focus on healthy options without gouging you. I love supporting a good, small business. The staff was patient and went over the menu with my wife and I (as well as another patron) since it was our first visit. We thought the process to make the chemex coffe was pretty cool."
