"I ordered online at 7:45 a.m. for an Amish Logging lunch group I had worked on my farm. I wanted to treat her. the time to pick up was very important as they are very set on their schedule when they can take time to eat. I put the order in and should be ready at 11:15 o'clock to come home at 11:30 o'clock (her specified lunchtime.) when I showed up, (a little early) the manager/owner had not seen the order. he said that they usually do not order until 12:00. what, they did the order, and they tried to make it fast and it was hot. (guests so, it was just cooked) they apologised to some, but for $1110.00 in the worth of pizza/subs/and pommes, they would think they could have been a bit apologetic. probably it won't visit again. there are many pizza places that can be more timely in a large order that was requested 4/5 hours before picking up."
