"I stayed here while driving from Cali to Ohio, using my chase rewards points. I had a car top carrier and my car full of my belongings. I read that there was secure parking. Once I arrived, the parking lot was “ fenced “ but had several open areas for guests to come in and out of. There were several homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks right by the entrances. I didn’t go with my gut and I went ahead and parked. There was a lady sitting in the booth in the lot. She gave me a sign to put in my window. I went in the hotel. They asked me for a card for incidentals. I gave them one. The room was mediocre and outdated. I had a weird gut feeling about the whole situation but It was in the middle of the night and I was exhausted. The next morning I go out to my car luckily my car was still intact. But the “ security guard” in the booth was sound asleep. Fast forward to today. I called them because I saw three charges on my credit card. One pending for $100 and two that had posted. One for $42 and one for $130. They informed me that parking was $40 a night. So that was the $42 charge. That was nowhere on any of the reviews I had read. So BEWARE of that. And they just randomly charged me for the price of the room even though I already paid for the room with my chase rewards points. If you don’t want a headache and be charged a crazy amount to park at a hotel that you already paid for I would NOT Stay here. I am super disappointed that I wasted my paints on this particular hotel!"
