"We arrived at the restaurant at 3:30pm, but only one server approached us at 3:45pm. Despite ordering a pizza with no meat and requesting a substitute, neither the server nor the chef seemed to care. We also ordered wine, but even though it was close to happy hour, our order didn't come until 3:50pm and the server didn't mention happy hour starting in 10 minutes. However, as soon as another group arrived, the server was focused on happy hour and making recommendations for them. It felt as though we were intentionally ignored, and the server wouldn't even acknowledge us when we asked for olives or sauce for our bland pizza. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience."
