"After being informed by Via Slice that our food would arrive within a 15-minute window, with the latest time being 7:04 PM, we ended up waiting until 7:11 PM before deciding to leave. This was a total of 52 minutes after placing our order. While we understand that Saturdays can be busy, the delay was still frustrating."
