"I really want to go on a rant about how amazing my experience was at Sax’s. As a Rhode Islander I’m embarrassed to say that this was my very first time at Sax’s. I’ve passed by this place and consciously known it was there for at least a decade and a half and never stopped in. Well this time I did and I don’t know what I was thinking! I ordered an extra cheese with onions and mushrooms. Man o man, is it hyperbole to say Sax’s is better than any cheesesteak I’ve ever had anywhere? Yes! The team was so homey, I felt like I was at an aunts house and hanging with my overzealous cousins who mom lets them curse. They were so much fun! Not to mention the line was out the door! On a MONDAY! Where they do that at? Run, don’t walk."

"Got the Philly, pretty good, but you could go to Charley’s Cheesesteaks and get more for your money. Girl running the register seemed to be tweaking, so that was uncomfortable. I also watched her continually touching her mouth and face and wiping her nose with bare hands and then used those bare hands to continue making food…at the time it was a pizza so her hands were all over the dough… overall, not too bad, but probably not gonna come back because I’m concerned with the lack hygienic practices."

"I have been going to this OIP since 2020 and brought lots of my friends. We always get charcoal fried chicken wings. It is really good food.The girls at the counter and driver Munir have been really kind with me and my friends. But, only once one of the pizza makers named Anthony is wrong person for this place. He must leave this place. He doesn’t know what customer service is. He is very rude and obnoxious. Very bad experience, unfortunately."

"My family came in an hour before they close and of course the pizza takes about 45 minutes to make but we will never return. Even after getting the pizza and them knowing that we lived an hour away, they said we couldn’t eat inside as they were closing. This was 15-20 minutes before 9 o’clock. Be sure to get here early as the staff acts like it’s a huge inconvenience to be here any time before closing. I would of made a phone call to give feed back but unfortunately because you ask who’s the manager of the establishment “they can’t give out personal info” glad to see that you guys are so proud of the location that customer service is not your highest priority. Next time put a sign or disclosure at least so people know that everything after a certain time needs to be to go."
