"The quality you would expect from a 5-star restaurant. I hiked the entire Grand Canyon on a day down and back up, a 17 miles hike with over 4,000 feet altitude gain, burning around 50,000 calories somewhere. When I finished, I wanted a steak! I was so tired of the time I went back to Williams, I didn't feel like leaving my hotel... the ultra glamorous Holiday Inn that happened to have a predominant steakhouse. I had to go with a striped steak with grilled shrimp and a baked potato on the side. I also had the salad bar that was pretty good. The service was fine, the place was clean, and the food was the quality you would expect from a 5-star restaurant."
