"Not gonna lie the food was great! Went there last Friday, But all of that got forgotten by the bitterness of being charged 3 times. The waitress was never rude but she also did swipe the card 3 times before the bank had to block it was not until that happened that she finally came back to inform about the issue, checked the bank and 2 transactions from Black Angus had gone through, she went and brought the manager and even after acknowledging the bank transactions he still asked us to pay a third time with some other form of payment, he said sorry for your charges but since they couldn't make the computer print then we had to be charged again but that he would call on Monday to get the issue fix, well its now Thursday and it took talking to corporate with very nice lady, Jacquie Manager of Guest relations, the bank, and several confirmation calls after that the extra transactions were able to be refunded. The entire thing was managed very poorly with something that could of been cleared up after the first swipe and by checking the transaction on the bank. Might take another risk because the food was great but will make sure I pay cash to avoid all of that stress again."

"There are usually six of us. Yes, the prices have risen, but you still get your money worth! Mouthwatering Steaks, lobster tails and so on. Great appetizers, love their baked potato soup!, tons of pages to choose and children will still find room for this chocolate chip cowboy cookie. Even though busy, great service despite many requests. Have also used the bar to make some soup and order takeout. I always recommend checking the bag when you have asked/paid for additional sauces. Once at home, it's so delicious. This restaurant is a home trip and is more often requested by the Benihana family!"

"I love BLACK ANGUS STEAK HOUSE... I and my partner love to treat us here for a nice date... Waiting time is usually about 20 minutes if your early for dinner is different than that that appear late and expect to wait atleast a 30min.. The extended walls on stand seats is great, it offers more privacy and time for conversations. The food is great, we usually get the fillet mignon and the two lobster tails around a $60 dish comes with two sides. the asparagus is ALWAYS delicious. And seasoned to perfection. The fillet is to die. I noticed more people usually order the Ribeye.. it's a little cheaper, but I'd rather go fillet. I would recommend it to everyone, it is always cooked exactly as I ask and is Soooo delicate when cutting or eating!! Lobster is also always perfect with the butter it comes served on the side.. The macaroni is HOUSE MADE and so creamy! Children or adults would definitely enjoy if you are a Makkaroni/Pasta enthusiasts!!! Also cut off with crispy cracks!! My darling! I noticed that a steakhouse will still use strength? BLAH disgusting!!! Staff and waiters are always very friendly and efficient.. All I need is quick and curtily with a smile on the face... I usually spend about $100 including a good tip while sharing a meal with my partner, but it's safe enough food for both of us!! Typically we add an additional page. With our last visit to Black Angus we decided not to choose a page, but with an appetizer. the loaded potato skins was our choice... Great. I could say they were slightly crunchy a tad over cooked, but still DELICIOUS... well enough that I would definitely order them again.. I would consider this a very MINOR complaint. The loaded potato boats will surely give me a bit of comfort food. Potatoes are served with acid cream. but please for Ranch to immerse them. it is the best!!! You can't go wrong!! I have a picture of the loaded potatoes.. Unfortunately, my meal looked so good to come to my table I ate it before I caught any pictures!! I'm sorry! Will update my post with the next visit. Please keep the big settings Black Angus. I not only enjoyed the food, but especially the service and hospitality as a guest. Thank you."

"This is the third experience from Black Angus we have been through. This one was the Martini Experience. These have all been super fun and delicious. The drinks are paired with the food and everything we have tasted has been outstanding. It is a good amount of food, and no one leaves hungry. I am already signing up for the next one, a Bourbon Experience! Keep these coming, they are so much fun. Great idea for date nights!"

"Service and food were great. I definitely recommend Black Angus Steakhouse when you crave a nice juicy steak but don't want to pay the outrages so called up-scale steakhouse prices. At Black Angus Steakhouse you will get a cooked to perfection steak or they will do it over again. I do recommend that if there is a location that is larger in square footage that you go there as this venue is on the smaller size or at least make a reservation."

"They were very busy for Valentine's Day. Had a reservation, but they sat immediately, although we were 30 minutes early. Our waitress was great, also due to the obvious kitchen problems. My ribeye was fantastic as my wife's main rib, but we didn't find out until our dinner was served that the pages we ordered were sold. The waitress didn't find out until she grabbed our plates. So we were served steaks and nothing else after 45 minutes waiting. That's sucked, but we finally served some pages that were good. My date was perfect as it is, so everything worked. It's a 30-mile trip to get here and still worth the ride. We'll be back."
