"still one of the best deep food pizza round. frankly, this last visit to the pizza was better than ever. my problems are and have always been the lack of communication between server and host and the entire service. it was always slow. it will always be slow. I get it, these pizzas take time and I'm ready to wait, but come by and check the table during the waiting period. fill them a glass with water asking if there is something else we want. we wanted to order an additional appetizer, but couldn't, because nobody came to the table and management. the table in the door to lose the direction on the terrace. it sucks to sit there. in summer it is hot and the winter it is cold. just free it!"

"Service was a bit slow for our table of 9 but we don't mind because we were in no hurry and enjoyed any other company and restaurant vibe and atmosphere. Three of us ordered the French Onion Steak Sandwich and it was delicious and the steak so tender and juicy. Other parties ordered a variety of pizza and I enjoyed a slice of pepperoni that shared my daughter. There was a man band in the corner of the restaurant near the bar area and it offers us lively entertainment. We all had a great time and will definitely be back."

"Great as always. Pizza crust was perfection. Fresh ingredients. House salad with the goganzola is delicious with the Italian vineragret house dressing. Bottle of chiant,i you can't beat that for dinner. Sat on the wrap around windowed porch. Amazingly enough not much traffic noise. Wonderful time."

"Poorly trained servers. Had to find him to get water. Brought dinner during appetizer. Brought soup after dinner was delivered. Who trained these people. Totally ambivalent. Apologized about the soup blamed his assistant. Said he’d take soup off bill. Then forget to take it off but did when I saw it on the bill. Never came around to fill water or ask if we needed anything. Server assistant brought dinner and left all the empty appetizer plates so there was no room to eat. I had to flag down a bus person to clear some of the empty plates. Now the food. The bruschetta was the only thing that was good. My pasta with meat sauce was spicy and not good. Wife ordered fettuccine Alfredo was all watery and she did not eat it. Even the mozzarella’sticks were not good soggy. And the marinara taste like something from a jar. Not often I have to write a scathing review but we use open table app almost every week end and visit some really good restaurants."

"Picked Moretti’s based on reviews and outdoor dining. We were seated on the patio. not far away we’re a VERy noisy group of friendscoworkers talking loudly, no masks, and walking about the patio. No one from management approached them. It did not feel safe. The food was a step up from Olive Garden. The portion of short rib ravioli was skimpy and my husband, who is not a big eater, said he could have used a couple more. He did say they were delicious. The eggplant Parmesan was good, but the pasta side was dry and seemed reheated"

"This location is awesome in every aspect (well -1 thing they don’t even AC, there’s 1 ceiling fan in the middle of the restaurant and 2-3 fans at the bar. We celebrated 2 of our friends b-day yesterday and we were sweating bullets because they either don’t have any Air Conditioning or pale simple refused to turn it on when we ALL asked. Food is amazing, had a few pizzas, lots of appetizers, drinks were awesome as well. For the lovely young lady and the other younger lady she was training, thank you sooooooo much for an amazing experience. Sorry you had to put up with almost 100 hungry peeps while keeping a smile of your face and train the other young lady. The manager (red shirt? does lack customer service skills, perhaps you should train her a tad what it takes to be very attentive, patient and kind. Ah and your nails were sooo pretty to. All together a stellar experience. Most of our friends were outta town, thank you for making sure we ALL had a great experience. Wish I took more pics, hopefully next time."

"The food is consistently pretty decent, but they never thaw out their desserts to have ready for the dinner crowd. This time and one time before, we ordered the Tiramisu, because it is pretty darn good tiramisu. The prior time, we were told they forgot to take any out to thaw. This time we were served frozen solid tiramisu. When we asked them to thaw it out, they said they couldn't and it would take about 30 minutes for it to thaw and apologized (again), that they forgot to thaw any dessert for the dinner crowd. Really?!"

"The seafood chopped salad was fantastic and for an excellent price. We had the Burrata who was excellent, and my son ordered the riccota gnocchi he loved. Angel was a big server and Fernando the manager took care of a small problem we had right away! We will definitely eat again here."

"Mile high lasagna was just as I remembered it, fantastic. Moved out of the area 12 years ago. Made it a goal of my weekend visit to go to Moretti's. Was not disappointed. Had an early reservation, 5pm. It took the waitstaff a few minutes to get organized, but once they did, smooth sailing after that."

"We only went to this restaurant because we had a coupon and then they wouldn’t accept it even though we ordered the same menu items we had ordered the year prior with the same coupon. That aside, the pizza was over cooked and had lacked flavor. It was such a waste of money when we could have picked a number of wonderful restaurants in Oak Brook. We will not be going back! They also didn’t check me in for my reservation with Open Table so I got an email inquiring about a no show. All around disappointing."

"I found out I don't like pizza here, so maybe just a personal preference. first the service was great. very timely and punctual. we had mozzarella and a half lou malnati pizza. the mozzarella bratöl was a bit old, but still good. the pizza, the biggest part was not a badly made pizza, I think. the Chicago style has a thin pie style crust, cheese under the tomato sauce in a deep pan. this leads to a small crust that is not fluffy and crispy, and also causes the pizza center to be soggy. there is a plentiful amount of cheese, so if that's your ding that you love. it was just not a pizza I would go back for."
