"An entire experience all on its own. The best burger we?ve ever had. Seared but yet juicy. Perfect explosion of flavor upon first bite. Passion for creating culinary delicacy out of something, one might consider, ordinary like a burger is easily perceived. The cheese to meat ratio was on point. The texture of the ground meat was something we?d never experienced before. Not over mixed to create a not so condensed texture. The steak fries were phenomenal. The perfect bonus was the variety of great brews to accompany a marvelous meal. We had the sandwich as well. Don?t believe other reviews about the best burger in town being in any other restaurant but here. Compliments to the chef. Sherry was an absolute delight to have as our waitress. Super knowledgeable and above par service. Tried several restaurants while in Ruidoso and this place stood out on every level even compared to the higher priced ones. Do yourself a favor and make your trip to Ruidoso complete by adding a one of a kind dining experience."
