"I visited this restaurant on Wednesday morning for breakfast since the only option in Jackson where we were staying was Bob Evans. It turned out to be a decent choice for the price. I spotted "Cheesy Tater" on the menu and knew I had to try it, and it was substantial enough to be a meal on its own. I ordered the Eggs Benedict; the Hollandaise sauce had a slightly different flavor than what I'm used to, but it was still quite good. My husband tried the "Eye Opener" with cookies and gravy. While it's not the traditional Southern biscuits and gravy, they were generous with the sausage in the sauce, and we appreciated that."
