"similar to several other contributions, our experience was a dichotomy. deep teller for which we came was good, BUT service was bad, although our server was nice. worst food in many years. I said it was 40 minutes. after over an hour and to see that others who have come to us served, we have marked the server and the hostess. after 1:30 a.m. of waiting it finally came out. they had given us to an exile and had to make a new one. no manager anesthesia at any time and no one would have noticed that we were sitting for so long if we hadn't asked. pizza was only warm when we got it, so it sat already one, even after all! and this was the most recommended place for our first deep dish in chicago. Oh, we had just spent 2 days on the road, moving our daughter here and starving and exhausted."
